RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

-We are unable to refund or exchange personalised items. As each CRUZ + CO. personalised product is made to order for every unique child's name, the personalised nature of our goods make us unable to offer a refund if the product is not to your liking or you have changed your mind.

-We are unable to refund or exchange damaged or used goods.

-If you wish to make a change to your order, this will need to be completed prior to your order being personalised, otherwise this may involve additional costs.

-If you wish to cancel your order, this must be requested prior to the order being started. This will be reviewed on a case by case bases. All cancelled orders incur a 10% cancellation fee.

- CRUZ + CO. takes no responsibility for wear and tear on our products. If there is a fault with the product, please contact us on hello@cruzco.com.au

 

PERSONALISED ITEMS:

CRUZ + CO. does not accept responsibility for customer input or spelling mistakes on orders. If you have made a spelling mistake or purchased the incorrect size, please email hello@cruzco.com.au ASAP. Unfortunately, if this request is received after the product has been personalised CRUZ + CO. shall not be liable for the cost to remake.

Our CRUZ + CO. grey/black matching backpack and hat are similar colour, but the material and shade may vary slightly due to the nature of the different fabrics.

Font size, style and location on product may vary slightly. 

 

PRE-ORDERS:

If your order indicated on our website, Facebook or Instagram page that it was a pre-order item then please read the information below:

- Pre-orders are items that are not currently available and/or are currently sold-out.
- Pre-order or back-order is placing orders in advance to secure your purchase.

The wait time can be anywhere from a few weeks to 8 weeks on pre-orders. Delivery of item(s) is/are subject to change due to unforeseen shipment and custom checking delays. Should there be any delays we will communicate this to you via email.

 If you order contains pre-order items, we will wait until the full order is complete before sending. If you wish for the rest of your order to be sent earlier, a second postage fee will apply.

DELIVERY:
For customers who are requiring an item by a certain date (birthday, baby shower etc.), we highly recommend NOT TO PLACE ORDER before speaking to our team to see if it will be achievable to have to you by this date.

Please ensure your address has been entered correctly. If your order has been posted to the incorrect address as provided by you, CRUZ + CO. will not take responsibility to replace the item. If the item is returned to us by Australia Post, we will happily send this to you at the correct address, this will incur an additional postage cost by you.

An order confirmation will automatically be sent to the email address you provided, please check this CAREFULLY. If any information is incorrect, please advise us ASAP. If your order has already been completed and/or sent as per the order placed, CRUZ + CO. shall not be liable for the cost to remake.

We would greatly appreciate your kind understanding and consideration in the timeline arrival & delivery. By placing your order with CRUZ + CO. you are agreeing to our order terms and conditions, and therefore agreeing to wait the order period advised. Further delays may occur should issues arise with production or delivery.

PRODUCT IMAGES:

We have made every effort to display the colours, sizing and images of our products as accurately as possible. However we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's / phone device's display of the colours accurately.
